I am a licensed in therapeutic massage and bodywork and practice right here in Jacksonville Beach.  In addition to the various massage forms I have had the opportunity to study, I have had extensive training in  Pre-natal and Post-natal therapies along with expanded training in Dancing for Birth. 

I enjoy customizing each massage to the individual combining different modalities.  I offers Prenatal, Postnatal, Massage Cupping, Deep Tissue, Swedish and Hot Stone Therapies. I have also received the attunements and teaching of the Usui System of Natural Healing.  My bodywork style coupled with these modalities create an experience that is nurturing, rejuvenating and effective.
